Q: How is Kahu different from other ticketing platforms?

✅ Unlike traditional platforms that take a cut from every sale, Kahu charges 0% commission, meaning you keep 100% of your ticket revenue. We also provide automated communication, real-time payment tracking, and customizable event pages.
 

Q: Is Kahu completely free to use?

✅ Yes! We do not charge any commission on ticket sales. There may be standard payment gateway fees (like Razorpay, Stripe, or PayU), but Kahu itself is free.

Ticketing & Payments

Q: How do I sell tickets using Kahu?

✅ Simply create an event, set your ticket price, and share the event page link. Customers can book directly, and payments go straight to your account.
 

Q: How do I get paid for my ticket sales?

✅ Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway (like Razorpay, PayU, or Stripe) and directly transferred to your bank account or UPI.
 

Q: Can I offer multiple ticket categories or discount codes?

✅ Yes! Kahu allows you to create different ticket types (early bird, VIP, group discounts, etc.) and apply promotional discount codes.


Q: Can I track who bought my tickets?

✅ Yes! You’ll have a real-time dashboard with attendee names, contact details, and payment status.


Q: Can I issue refunds if an attendee cancels?

✅ Yes, you have full control over refunds. Kahu does not charge any additional cancellation fees—you decide your own refund policy.
